Hourly Fee ($125.00 per clinical hour)
♦ A “clinical hour” is 50 minutes.

Office Hours are by Appointment Only.
♦ Joe does not currently accept insurance payments.
♦ Check
with your insurance carrier. Plans vary and you might be eligible for reimbursement of psychotherapy fees.
♦ Payment is due on the day that services are provided. You may pay by cash or check.
♦ Missed appointments
without notifying the office within 24 hours results in a $65.00 missed appointment fee.
