Hourly Rate
$125 per 50-minute session ($150 effective September 1, 2022)
Rapid Resolution Therapy Extended Session
$375.00 for 3 Hours ($450 effective September 1, 2022)
Clinical Supervision Rate
$150.00 for 2 Hour Session
Joe is considered an "out of network provider." This means that you, the client, are responsible for paying for the session directly and then seeking reimbursement from your insurance provider. Joe provides a professional receipt (often referred to as a "superbill") indicating the procedure performed that meets your insurance company's requirements.
PLEASE NOTE: Some insurance companies will require a Diagnosis Code in addition to the Procedure Code on the receipt for reimbursement. Reimbursement rates for services may vary depending on the provisions of your insurance policy. Please check your coverage carefully by calling your Insurance Carrier (The phone number on the back of your insurance card) or Employee Benefit Specialist and asking the following questions:
- Do I have mental health insurance benefits?
- What is my deductible and has it been met?
- What are my out of pocket costs associated with an office visit?
- How many sessions per year does my health insurance cover?
- What is the coverage amount per therapy session with an out of network provider?
- What is the difference in coverage if I use an In Network Provider or an Out of Network Provider?
- Is approval required from my primary care physician?
Reduced Fee
Reduced fee services are available on a limited basis for persons who can illustrate financial difficulty. Please contact the office for more information.
Payment
Payment is due in full at the time of the session and is payable by CASH , CHECK, VENMO and all major credit cards.
Cancellation Policy
When you schedule an appointment, I am no longer able to provide services to anyone else. For that reason, if you miss your scheduled therapy appointment, and you have not notified the office at least 24 hours in advance, you will
be charged $60.00. Please see the attached Cancellation Policy for important information about missing
appointments. Thank you for your consideration and understanding.
